Hello, I'm leaving my room in March and would like to find a replacement. Please note that you should be 27 or older (landlord requirement).
The room is quite large and will be rented with all the furniture (1 bed, 1 closet, 1 pedestal, 1 couch, 1 carpet and 1 small coffee table - 150 euros). There are two bathrooms in the apartment, which means you will share it with Sabrina, one of your future flatmates. We also have a large kitchen (with a great coffee machine and many utensils), a living room and 2 balconies. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine.
Rent is 260 (utilities included) and each of us gives 5 euros per month to buy shared items, such as cleaning supplies, olive oil, salt, etc.
The room is located right next to the kitchen, which means it might be noisier than the other rooms.
The apartment is located in Oberbilk and only 2 min from Ellerstrasse Metro Station. Penny and Edeka are right around the corner and there is also an Aldi (around 13 min by feet).
Your other flatmates are Sabrina (27, German, School Teacher), Jody (31, German, Artist) and Ibuki (Japanese). The 3 of them are very nice and willing to help with whatever you need. We don't usually do many things together, but frequently meet in the kitchen. The apartment has a friendly atmosphere :) We have a Putzplan which works quite well.
Please send us a small text telling a little about yourself. Move in Date would probably be 6th of March.
