ich möchte zum 01.11 oder 01.12 wieder eine WG eröffnen. Ich wohne aktuell alleine in der charmanten Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Düsseldorfer HBF.
Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Esszimmer) zzgl. Küche und Bad.
Die Wohnung besitzt einen Balkon zum Innenhof und ist super geschnitten..
Sie befindet sich im 3.OG eines Mehrparteienhauses in Düsseldorf-Oberbilk.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine WG geeignet, sie ist super geschnitten und hat viel Raum (auch Stauraum in den Schränken ist eine menge Platz für dich vorhanden) und du wirst dich super wohl fühlen.
Du wirst dann ins Schlafzimmer ziehen, siehe Bilder. Ich werde das Bett/Teppich und ein paar Kleinigkeiten mit in mein Zimmer nehmen. Alle anderen Möbel werde ich mit Untervermieten oder können abgekauft werden!
Die Wohnung hat alles was du braucht, Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschiene, Kühlschrank....etc
Die Wohnung ist auch super für Pendler geeignet durch die Nähe zum HBF.
Nun zu mir: Ich arbeite Vollzeit- daher bin ich in der Woche viel unterwegs, liebe Reisen, Rad fahren, lerne Surfskate fahren und möchte Sprachen lernen (weiter englisch und spanisch). Wenn du kein eDeutsch kannt kann ich nur von dir lernen und du von mi. :) Am Wochenende gehe ich gerne aus und immer liebe Bier!
Ich mag gemeinsame Abende aber genau so gerne meine Einsamkeit.
Du solltest politisch offen sein und kein Problem mit LBGTQI+ Menschen haben.

I would like to open a flat share again on November 1st or December 1st. I currently live alone in the charming apartment in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf main station.
It is a 3-room apartment (living room, bedroom, dining room) plus kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has a balcony to the courtyard and is super cut..
It is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Düsseldorf-Oberbilk.
The apartment is perfect for a flat share, it is super cut and has a lot of space (there is also a lot of storage space in the cupboards for you:) and you will feel very comfortable.
You will then move into the bedroom, see pictures. I will take the bed/carpet and a few small things with me to my room. All other furniture I will rent or can be bought!
The apartment has everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge...etc
The apartment is also great for commuters due to its proximity to the main station.
Now about me: I work full-time - so I'm on the road a lot during the week, love travelling, cycling, learning to surf skate and would like to learn languages (more English and Spanish). If you don't know German, I can only learn from you and you from me. :) I like to go out on weekends and always love beer!
I like evenings together but just as much my solitude.
You should be politically open and have no problem with LBGTQI+ people.

Der HBF sowie die S-Bahnhaltestelle Volksgarten sind nur 5 - 10 min Gehminuten entfernt.
Den Volksgarten/Südpark (großer Park) erreichst du in 10 Gehminuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Lidl, Rewe) findest du im Umkreis von 5-10 Gehminuten. Außerdem gibt es direkt gegenüber der Wohnung einen Kiosk, sowie diverse Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
In die Innenstadt fährt man mit dem Rad 15 Minuten.
Es sind öffentliche, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Sie wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
