Zu vermieten ist ein 20qm großes WG Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG in Düsseldorf Oberbilk. Das Zimmer ist zum Hof gerichtet, so dass es sehr ruhig ist. Im Sommer ist es angenehm kühl, da das Zimmer sich im Erdgeschoss befindet und Richtung Nordosten zeigt.
Hinter dem Zimmer befindet sich noch ein weiteres kleines Zimmer, welches z.B. zum Wäsche aufhängen genutzt wird.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zudem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (ca. 3 min) und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (ca. 5 min).
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, z.B. Netto, Rewe und dm, und den Edeka im Hauptbahnhof, welcher 24/7 geöffnet ist.
Trotz dieser Super Lage ist es eher ruhig, da das Haus sich in einer Seitenstraße der Ellerstraße befindet.
In der WG wohnen zwei Studentinnen. Man sieht sich hauptsächlich in der Küche, wo man sich auch gerne mal unterhält oder abends ab und zu was zusammen trinkt. Man hat aber auch immer seine Ruhe, wenn man sie zum Beispiel zum Lernen braucht.
In den Mietkosten sind Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet usw. enthalten.
In der Küche befinden sich eine neue Waschmaschine und ein großer, neuer Kühlschrank.
