The house is very well located, it takes around 10 minutes by foot to City Centre. The Luegplatz tram stop is just a minute away. Rhein river 200 m.
High privacy and clean unit and area.
The 130m² apt has dark-wood floors, kitchen with lots of storage space, fully equipped, with everything you might need, also washing maschine, dishwasher.
Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate toilet room.
Bed, working desk, coupboard in the room.
Groceries, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy, all nearby.
I'm looking for a non-smoker, considerate and friendly professional.
Ideal also as a second home.

Die große Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ab 15.05.2015 oder nach Vereinbarung ein Zimmer zu vergeben. Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel ab May 2015. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Innenstadt mit Fußgängerzone. Gepflegtes Privathaus mit ruhigen Mietern.
Direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Restaurantsm kleineren Cafes und Bars. Trotzdem ist die unmittelbare Umgebung der Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Kaiser) und Gastronomiebetrieben. Apotheken, Ärzte.
Die WG ist im Alter von 28 Jahren.
Das Zimmer ist 12 m² gross und hell.
Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Fenster. Bad und Toilette sind separat.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine befinden sich ebenfalls in der Wohnung.
Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch sind vorhanden.
