Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (furnished) mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank etc.
Der Boden des Zimmers ist aus Marmor, die restlichen Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit Marmorboden, auch das Bad ist größtenteils in Marmor gehalten, inklusive Wände. Die Küche ist klein aber zweckdienlich.

Your room has a marblefloor, as well as the rest of the flat. The kitchen is small, but has everthing for your daily needs.

Die Lage ist auf jeden Fall hervorzuheben. 10 m zum Schloss Jägerhof und 30m zum Hofgarten. 1 Min bis zur nächsten Straßenbahn Station und 5-10 Min bis zur Heinrich-Heine-Allee / Altstadt. 200 Meter bis zur Schadowstr., einer großen Einkaufsmeile in Düsseldorf, mit vielfältigen Geschäften wie Kaufhof, Kaufhaus, Footlocker, C&A und vielen anderen.
The flat is just a few metres away from the Hofgarten and 200-300m apart from a big shopping street. There are several trams 1min apart and you can reach the "Heinrich-Heine-Allee" by a short 5-10min walk.
Zur Zeit wohnen in der WG 3 koreanische Studenten. Alle wohnen erst seit kurzem dort, aber es ist bereits eine herzliche Gemeinschaft entstanden.
At the moment there are living three korean guys. All of them moved in within the last 2 months, nevertheless they build up a nice community and socialised very well :)
