Schönes helles Zimmer in netter 3-er WG

Zum 01.08. Bis 30.09.2016 (eventuell auch länger) wird bei uns ein schönes helles Zimmer frei.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Eine neue Waschmaschine im Bad ist auch vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es zwei Balkons, die jeweils von der Küche und das Wohnzimmer aus begehbar sind, Badezimmer mit Wanne und WC, Gäste WC, und einen Keller.

Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder nicht möbliert übernommen werden (je nach Wunsch).

In der Miete ist alles drinn, inklusive Strom, Wasser, Internet, GEZ Gebühr, Kabel, und alle andere Nebenkosten.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, zu Fuß ist der Hbf in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, oder in 8 min mit der Strassenbahn. Flingern und Heinrich-Heine Allee sind auch jeweils in ca 10 min mit der Strassenbahn erreichbar, der Rhein ist 15 min zu Fuß von hier entfernt. Es gibt nette Cafés in der Gegend, sowie allerlei Köstlichkeiten, Gemüseläden und Supermärkte...

Zu den Mitbewohnern: beide sind berufstätig, unkompliziert und rücksichtsvoll. Es ist wichtig dass die/der neue Mitbewohnerin/- Mitbewohner aufgeschlossen und freundlich ist. Sauberkeit und Rücksicht sind ebenso wichtig. Wir sprechen English und Deutsch.

Wir sind keine Zweck WG und machen öfters was zusammen (Filme schauen, zusammen kochen, Bier trinken gehen). Ansonsten hat jeder natürlich sein Freiraum, und die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen.

Dear Apartment Seekers [für Deutsch s. unten],

Available from the 1st of August till 30 of September 2016 (or possibly longer) is a nice sunny room in Düsseldorf Pempelfort.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We also have a brand new washing machine in the bathroom. There are two balconies that are accessible from opposite sides of the flat, one in the kitchen and the other in the living room with quite spectacular views of Düsseldorf! Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and toilet, and the other a guest toilet. We also have access to a cellar for extra storage.

The room has nice daylight and can be taken furnished or partly furnished (as you wish).

The rent includes electricity, water, the internet, GEZ fee, cable, and all other ancillary costs.

The apartment is very centrally located in Pempelfort. Düsseldorf Main Station is walking distance, about 15 minutes to reach, or 8 min by tram, as well as Düsseldorf Zoo S Bahn station. Flingern and Heinrich-Heine Allee are also each in about 10 minutes by tram to reach, the Rhine is not far, and there are lots of cafes, shops, and bars, delicacies, vegetable shops, and supermarkets.

The roommates are both working and considerate. It is important that the new roommate is outgoing and friendly. Cleanliness and respect are also just as important.

It is not an "on purpose WG" and we do often something together (watch movies, cook together, drink beer). We respect each other's privacy and have the free space and ability to retire.
