Das Zimmer misst ca. 10-12 qm. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster, das während des Tages viel Sonnenlicht spendet. Ausgestattet ist es mit einem Bett (140x200 cm), Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und einem Kleiderschrank. Alle Möbel sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen und nur 1 Jahr alt.
Die in der Wohnung enthaltene Einbauküche, mit Backofen und Waschmaschine, ist ebenfalls nur 1 Jahr alt.

The flat is brand-new, just renovated in Nov 2016.
The room is about 10-12 sqm big. There is a big window which gives you great sunlight during the day.
The room equips with a 140*200 bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe.
All the furniture are included in the rent and are only 1 year old.
There is also kitchen, oven, washing machine in the flat, which are also only 1 year old.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in großartiger Lage im begehrten Stadtteil Pempelfort. Zur berühmten Nordstraße sind es nur 1 Minute zu Fuß.
Die Tramlinien 706, 707, 701, 705 und U-Bahnlinien U79 und U78 bringen Sie überall bequem und schnell hin.
Es gibt viele Geschäfte (DM), Supermärkte (Aldi, Rewe), Banken, Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das macht das Leben sehr einfach.

The flat has a great location. It is located
in Pemperfort. The famous Nordstrasse is only 1 minute on foot.
There are 706, 707, 701,705, U79, U78 which bring you easily to everywhere.
There are many shops (DM), supermarket (Aldi, rewe),banks, Cafe and restaurants nearby. This makes life very easy.
WG-Leben
German:
Im Moment leben Chakana, Mariia und Vestina in der Wohnung. Alle sind junge, nette Leute die arbeiten. Englisch wird u.a. sehr oft gesprochen.
Chakana, Mariia und Vestina suchen den oder die nächste Mitbewohner(in). Wir verbringen gerne den Abend zusammen bei einer Flasche Wein.
English:
At the moment there are Chakana, Mariia and Vestina living in the flat. They are all young people who are working or doing an internship.
We mostly speak English in the WG, some of us are also comfortable with German and the other mentioned languages.
Chakana, Mariia and Vestina are looking for the next flatmate to share a glass of a wine every now and then.

Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro pro Monat, alle Nebenkosten und Einrichtung inbegriffen – Möbel, Wasser, Elektrizität, Heizung. Zum WLAN müssen Sie nur einen Anteil von rund 4 Euro beitragen.
Es ist auch möglich einen befristeten Vertrag abzuschließen.
