The tenancy can be prolonged. I am looking for people who want to stay at least for 6 months.
The rooms to let are located within a nice 80 m² huge flat in Pempelfort. Room sizes are 15m² (rectangle square) and the flat offers a backyard garden, that can be used for relaxation (e.g. barbequeue). There is also a balcony. One of the rooms contains a wooden dubblebed (140 x 200 cm), the other two rooms contain single beds. The link to public transport to the city centre and to other towns in the Rhine-Ruhr area (e.g. Cologne, Essen) is optimal. In the street, there are fine and attractive cafés, and altogether with the neighbour streets the environment offers all typically necessary infrastructure (shopping, services, and even airport, main station, fair hall by a 15-minutes-ride). In spite of its central, urban situation all is very well structured and cosy. Economic parking opportunities are given just around the corner. The loft offers a big kitchen and bedrooms with light wooden furniture. The accommodation includes all kind of modern up-to-date furniture, e.g. a bed made from massive wood.
The flat contains a big kitchen with fridge, microwave oven and a induction cooking plate which can be used during the stay. Towels and blankets are offered.

Das Haus hat einen Garten und alle Räume einschließlich der Küche sind ca. 15 qm groß und haben sehr hohe Decken. Die Küche sowie einen Raum habe ich gerade neu renoviert. Es sind alle grundlegenden Einrichtungsgegenstände darin. Überall ist helles Laminat verlegt, nur in einem Raum gibt es weisse Fliesen anstelle dessen.
Zwei Zimmer sind sehr hell, da im Westen gelegen. Im Winter ist die Wohnung warm und im Sommer angenehm kühl, da sie in Lehmbauweise erstellt wurde. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in der Gegend vorhanden. Die Anbindung an andere Städte sowie innerstädtische Ziele mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist exzellent. Die nächsten Haltestellen sind St. Vinzenz-Krankenhaus in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und S-Bahnhof Derendorf in 8 Minuten zu erreichen.

Next bus stop is in two minutes walking distance. With s-trains, tramps, busses, planes and trains it is easy to travel from the flat.
Restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, supermarkets are close to the flat. Two universities are in 5 minute walking distance as well.
Behind the flat there is a green zone for relaxing.
