This lovely room belong to the flat which has one more bedroom (where I live), shared livings room, entrance hallway, separate kitchen and shared bathroom with bathtub (renovated). The flat is located on 4th floor. Above is only attic (no more flats).
The flat is fully furnished. It has wash machine in the kitchen, dishwasher, stove. Kitchen is with the window and has standard appliances (coffee maker, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups...etc). In the living room there is a couch that can be transformed into double bed, armchair, bookshelf, working table with comfortable computer chair and dining table for 4-6 people.
The room is equipped with one new single bed and mattress, and big wardrobe. The room has a big private balcony that is sunny in the morning (curtains are already installed ;) ).
At the entrance there is small wardrobe for jackets and place for shoes.
It's a 5 minute walk to Nordstrasse (and Ubahn), which has many nice shops and restaurants. It's also 1 minute from the tram (lines 707 and 706), and a 10 minute walk from the shopping areas of Königsallee and Schadowstrasse.
In the flat there are 2 young professionals at the moment, but one is moving out. So I am looking for my new flatmate. I work in Duesseldorf, on working days usually I am at work from 9-18h and on the weekends I like to take it easy in the morning and go out again in the afternoon :)
The room will be available from 1st of July. Although I am looking for a long term flatmate, the first contract is limited to 3 months. The reason for this is to be on the safe side if we won't get along, so you can see it as a probation period.
