Die Wohnung ist im November 2016 renoviert worden.
Das Zimmer misst ca. 13 qm. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster, das während des Tages viel Sonnenlicht spendet. Ausgestattet ist es mit einem Bett (140x200 cm), Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und einem Kleiderschrank. Alle Möbel sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen und nur 2 Jahre alt. Die restlichen Möbel, die ihr auf den Fotos seht sind nicht inbegriffen. Gerne würde ich meine beiden neu gekauften Schuhschränke und das Regal für insgesamt nur 40€ weiterverkaufen .
Die in der Wohnung enthaltene Einbauküche, mit Backofen und Waschmaschine, ist ebenfalls nur 2 Jahre alt und vollständig ausgestattet. Daher reicht für einen Einzug lediglich die eigenen Klamotten.

The flat is brand-new, just renovated in Nov 2016.
The room is about 13 sqm big. There is a big window which gives you great sunlight during the day.
The room equips with a 140*200 bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe.
All the furniture are included in the rent and are only 2 years old. The other furniture you can see in the picture are not included. I would like to sell two newly bought shoe cabinets and a shelf for only 40€.
There is also kitchen, oven, washing machine in the flat, which are also only 2 years old. The kitchen is fully equipped which is why you only need your clothes for moving in.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in großartiger Lage im begehrten Stadtteil Pempelfort. Zur berühmten Nordstraße sind es nur 1 Minute zu Fuß.
Die Tramlinien 706, 707, 701, 705 und U-Bahnlinien U79 und U78 bringen Sie überall bequem und schnell hin.
Es gibt viele Geschäfte (DM), Supermärkte (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka), Banken, Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das macht das Leben sehr einfach.

The flat has a great location. It is located
in Pemperfort. The famous Nordstrasse is only 1 minute on foot.
There are 706, 707, 701,705, U79, U78 which bring you easily to everywhere.
There are many shops (DM), supermarket (Aldi, rewe, Edeka),banks, Cafe and restaurants nearby. This makes life very easy.

Im Moment leben Giulia, Carmen und Anne in der Wohnung. Alle sind junge, nette Leute die arbeiten. Englisch wird u.a. sehr oft gesprochen.
Wir suchen die nächste Mitbewohnerin, die gerne ab und zu den Abend zusammen bei einer Flasche Wein verbringen möchte.

At the moment there are Giulia, Carmen and Anne living in the flat. They are all young people who are working or doing an internship.
We mostly speak English in the WG, some of us are also comfortable with German and the other mentioned languages.
We are looking for the next flatmate to share a glass of a wine every now and then.

Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro pro Monat, alle Nebenkosten und Einrichtung inbegriffen – Möbel, Wasser, Elektrizität, Heizung. WLAN kostet nochmal 7€ extra.
Es ist auch möglich einen befristeten Vertrag abzuschließen. Es wird bevorzugt jemand gesucht, der 6 Monate oder länger bleiben möchte, aber auch 3 Monate sind möglich. Das Zimmer eignet sich also perfekt für Praktikanten etc.

• Offene Denkweise haben
