My name is Luke and together with Christian, we are looking for a flatmate to join is a new long term tenancy.
The apartment consists of three rooms of equal size, a common living and dining area, a kitchen, a balcony, two bathrooms and two storage rooms with plenty of storage space. The room available is partially furnished and price is negotiable however not mandatory to take over if you want to bring your own things.
The rent is approx. 450 euros WARM (including all utilities such as electricity, heating, GEZ, Internet / telephone flat rate)
Above that we currently have a cleaning lady that helps us weekly/biweekly for an extra cost of 15 euro per tenant which I would like to keep.
Excluded from the rent and mandatory to pay is a charge for the furniture that we have bought in the apartment (kitchen + appliances, living room) for 560 euro per tenant.

Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern mit ungefähr gleicher Größe, ein gemeinsame Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche sowie 2 kleinen Bädern. An einem Zimmer sowie dem Wohnzimmer schließt ein großer Balkon an. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch zwei kleine Abstellräume. Das Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist voll ausgestattet, die Küche enthält alle nötigen Küchenutensilien inkl. Spülmaschine.
Beide zu vermietenden Räume haben noch unterschiedliche Möbel, welche ebenso an den oder die neuen Mieter abgegeben werden kann. Dies würde wir individuell besprechen.
Die Miete ist ungefähr 450 Euro inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, GEZ. Darüber hinaus haben wir auch keine Hilfskraft, welche einmal die Woche (ab und an auch alle 2) die gesamte Wohnung reinigt, was zusätzlich 15 Euro pro Woche kostet.
Als Abstand für die Möbel in den Bädern, Ess- und Wohnzimmer (Tisch, Couch etc.) sowie der Elektrogeräte (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank) beträgt 560 Euro pro Person. Die Kosten für die Möbel in den Schlafzimmern sind hier nicht enthalten.

The apartment is located in a very beautiful area of Pempelfort. Right outside our door you will find a selection of bars and restaurants to enjoy. We often get takeaways from around.
The area is also quite well connected to main POIs such as HBF, Altstadt, Mediahafen and the airport. It also has neighbouring surroundings where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and more.

Die Wohnung ist im wunderschönen Pempelfort, direkt an der Haltestelle Tußmannstr. (Tram 704 und 706) sowie Zoo (S-Bahnen Richtung Flughafen und Ruhrgebiet sowie Düsseldorf Hbf). Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, Cafes und Bars in direkter Umgebung, welche wir häufiger gemeinsam besucht haben. Außerdem gibt es die üblichen Naheinkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Penny, Aldi und viele weitere kleinere und größere Geschäfte.

As a WG, when possible I am a big foodie and regularly enjoy cooking and eating together in the evenings. I like to watch tv shows/documentaries/sports, enjoy a drink/party or other activities. I am open to do something as flat mates during the week and weekends when possible. The atmosphere in the shared apartment should be a friendly co-living, while also respectful of every persons time.

Wir als WG waren recht große Foodys und haben zusammen gekocht und gegessen oder haben bei Drinks die Abende verbracht. Ansonsten schaue ich nach der Arbeit gerne mal Netflix etc., gehe gerne in die Stadt zum Feiern oder treffe mich mit Freunden. Sofern es passt, haben wir auch gemeinsam etwas am Wochenende unternommen. Die Atmosphäre in der WG sollte ein freundliches Zusammenleben sein, bei der man sich aber auch mal in seine eigenen 4 Wände zurückziehen kann.
ENGLISH
As we are starting a new tenancy, we are looking for 1 flatmate, and would prefer if she is working and is interested in a casual and comfortable shared life. It's ideal if she speaks English also, since I (Luke) do not speak German.
We would be happy to receive an introductory email about yourself in English.
