I am moving out of my apartment to move to a new city. I am looking for my replacement in the apartment, so if you are looking for something for 6 months or more, feel free to write to me. The move in date can be July 01 or later.
The room is 20sq mt in size, it has bed, cupboard, table, chair with a huge windows. It is very silent and peaceful.
The rent includes everything in the apartment except for the internet and the radio tax: furniture, kitchen appliances, heating and electricity! Internet would cost 15eur per month and the radio tax would be roughly 10eur once you move in.
There will be a small exchange fee for the furniture I bought in the house - a total of 200Eur(which is negotiable) based on what furniture you want to keep.
The apartment is located on nordstrasse - with all the bars, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping stores accessible by foot. The U bahn, bus and tram stops are each 5 min walk away from the apartment.
The Rhine is 10 min walk and hofgarten and rhinepark are both 10 min walk from the house. There are a lot of restaurants, Cafes and Pharmacies around. Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, dm, Kodi, post office - everything can be reached in 3-5 min.
You will share the flat with my roommate who studied in Aachen and now is working full time as a software engineer. She only speaks English and is still learning German. She is very peaceful and likes to read in her free time. We exchange a bit about our day and life in general in the kitchen when we see each other.
The owner is a friendly German man who speaks fluent English as well and is available on phone via call, text or emails.
He will speak to you before writing a contract.
The other cost for the house include: Internet(15eur) and Radio tax(approx. 9eur) and some monthly utilities for cleaning.
