DE: Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet, die Belichtung in der Küche erfolgt durch Tageslicht und wir haben ein schönes Badezimmer, das Kurzem frisch renoviert worden ist. Selbstverständlich verfügt die Wohning über alle essentiellen Materiallen, wie eine Waschmaschine, Spülmachine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und weiteres. Bezüglich des Zimmers, es besitzt ein Grosses Fenster wodurch viel Tageslicht durchdringt. Das zimmer is 16 mq gross und verfügt, wie die gesamte Wohnung, über hohe Decken und Parkettboden.
Voraussetzung für den Einzug ist jedoch die übernahme der Zimmermöbel, da ich nach Belgien zurück muss. Im Zimmer findest Du ein Bett, eine Kommode, eine Schrank, einen Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, eine Couch so-wie ein 4-Fach Regal und ein Treppenregal.
Als Abschlag Zahlung möchte ich dafür 300 Euro haben.
EN: The flat is very welcoming and cozy, our kitchen is nice and bright and it has a huge window that lets the light come in and we have a nice just renobvared Bathroom. Of course we all have the essentials that you might need like Washing Machine, Mirowave, Water Kettle and so on. The room is 16 mq, looks cozy and bright, there is a big window, high walls and parquette floor as the rest of the flat as well.
The one who will move has to take my furniture as well, cause I have to go back to Belgium very soon. You will find a bed a couch, a wardrobe a desk with cheir, shelves and decorations as you see on the pictures? For all this the price is 300 Euro.

Altstadt: 10 min zu fuss, 2 haltestelle mit der Ubahn
Supermarkte: 2-10 min zu fuss, das erstes is auf der Parallelstrasse.

Brauerei/Cafe: kein min zu fuss :) quasi direkt vor die Tür
