Hello lovely people,
Two of the rooms in our beautiful, international flat (100m2) will be available from 01.07. till indefinitely. Long-term tenants preferred!
PLEASE WRITE WHICH ROOM YOU'RE INTERESTED IN! One room is slightly bigger than the other, and there's like ~10€ of difference. Listed price is for the bigger one.
The rooms are furnished. The furniture must be taken over for 200€ (smaller room) / 300€ (bigger room). You will get the details once we decide for each other :) The rooms have big windows facing the north east. You get indirect sunlight but the room can still get pretty bright when the sun shines.
Here's some more of the cool stuff about the flat:

✓ Great public transportation & shopping possibilities
✓ An "Innenhof" in which you can park your bike safely

✓ A small balcony with plenty of sunlight in the afternoon!
You will be living with 2 omnivore flatmates; Magu (34M, Spanish, works full-time) and Nadia (26F, Indonesian, thesis-ridden masters student). Magu does photography and movie editing. You'll see him building cool props and most probably enjoy his company, as he's super friendly and helpful. Nadia does occasional yoga and dancing in the living room. She loves to cook and bake, but won't be able to eat everything so there's always something to be shared. Life is chill in our flat; sometimes we do things together or simply chat in the kitchen while preparing meals, depends on our schedules. We always communicate openly, so don't be shy if you wanna suggest something right after you move in :) also, you and Nadia are gonna share a wall (she's in the middle room) so it's important to her that you have a good understanding with each other.
We mainly speak English at the flat, so that'd be a big plus if you prefer that as well! We don't care too much about gender, age, nor nationality. As long as you're kind, open-minded, mature, clean, & organized, we're gonna love each other :) non-smokers are preferred.
