Es ist eine 5-Zimmer Wohnung mit 130qm Wohnfläche und mit schönen,hellen Holzdielenboden.
Davon beträgt die gemeinsame Nutzfläche in etwa 70qm.
Wohnzimmer ca. 30qm, Küche ca. 20qm, Diele ca. 16qm, Bad ca. 6qm.
Wie man sieht ist alles sehr groß angelegt.
Alle Bereiche sind komplett ausgestattet und sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Das Zimmer selbst bietet in etwa 8qm Wohnfläche an und ist komplett&nett eingerichtet.
Angeboten wird hier ein sehr schönes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Zentrum.
Alle wichtigen Zielorte:. (HBF 5min, Königsallee 5min, Altstadt 10min, Promenade/Hafen 15miin) sind kleine Spaziergänge.
Was das täglich Brot betrifft ist man auch gut versorgt:
Mac Donalds, unzählige Asiaten, Türken, Griechen und Italiener sind um die Ecke.
Auch wichtig zu erwähnen: REWE,Netto und Kamps sind direkt um die Ecke.
