We are looking for a new roommate starting 15 February, 2021.
The room is about 11 square meters. The apartment was renovated 2 years ago, so it has a clean and modern feel to it and good heating elements for the winter. The room faces the side street on which we are located so it is not too noisy. At midday the room is very sunny and light floods it during the daytime. Your future room is pre-furnished with a frame for a double bed, a mattress, a desk, an office chair, a wardrobe and curtains.
The bathroom is nice and modern, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, and the dishwasher and washing machine are free to use. Wifi is also included! Everything is covered by the rent of 430€.
The best feature of the apartment is its location. It is centred in the heart of Düsseldorf. The Oststraße metro station is right around the corner and the famous Königsallee and Aldstadt are just a few minutes away. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the central station and plenty of supermarkets and shopping opportunities are within the immediate vicinity.
The district were located in is called Little Tokyo - accordingly, there are many places stores and restaurants close by that offer a variety of Asian cuisine and products. There are many wonderful places to enjoy a nice evening out with friends and generally, to just enjoy your life!
You will live with Marilde (Swedish), Jessica (Dutch), Patrick (German) and Tristan (South African). We are harmonious and sometimes go out together to get some food or for some drinks (pre-Corona).
