Hello everyone,
we are looking a new roommate for our 3-person flat share in the city center from April 15th.
Your future room will be handed over fully furnished and in very good condition:
- It is large and very bright, with around 23m2
- The orientation is south-west with a view of Worringer Platz - It is equipped with a roller blind, TV connection and USB socket.
Upon request, all furniture can be taken over.
The apartment on the 4th floor with elevator and balcony was completely renovated about 2 years ago.
Light gray walls and matching gray laminate make the apartment very chic.
There is a shared kitchen with access to the spacious balcony with comfortable hammock, as well as a hallway with cloakroom, closet and a shared bathroom with bathtub / shower.
Washing machine and dishwasher are available, as is WiFi (120Mbit). Nothing more needs to be purchased, so you can move in straight away!
The balcony also offers plenty of space for plants and furnishings.
The warm rent is € 435, there is an additional € 35 for GEZ(Radio) and electricity.
The location is really super central and a lot can be reached quickly and on foot. It takes about 15/20 minutes to get to the KÖ and the down town and 5 minutes to the main train station.
The area is very diverse with numerous restaurants, bars and kiosks as well as supermarkets (Netto, ALDI, REWE) in the vicinity.
Located directly on Worringer Platz, there is very good transport connections - car sharing, public transport, Eddy, bike sharing, etc.
Bassem is a software engineer, he is an open-minded person always in for cool social on the Balcony having deep discuss... or going outside.
In his free time he likes watching Netflix, doing some sports, going out with friends, volunteering with cool organizations and of course as IT guy coding ;)
Diane is from Cameroon, is new to this flat, just moved into the apartment on 01.03.
Both speak English and French, are currently learning German.
We are always available for a social get-together on the balcony or in the kitchen.
We are a calm and warm flatshare. Whether sitting with a drink in the kitchen or on the balcony and chatting or barbecuing and going to the Rhine! Yet everyone gets the peace and freedom they want.
The room is available from April 15th. free and the viewing appointments will take place within the next few days. Online-Viewing is also available.
