Dear WG seekers,
I'm mooving in with my boyfriend, thus leaving my 3 room-flatshare, on the 1st September.
The room is about 23 meter square, spacious and luminous. The rent is 321,28€ including the internet and electricity. The room is not furnished, but there is a very practical wardrobe that goes along with the whole room, which costs 50€.
The flat is located in Unterbilk (one minute away from Bilker Kirche). The neighbourhood is really nice, filled with little shops and cosy cafés. It is very well connected to the whole city, the Rhine river is only 10 minute away by foot and you can reach the main station directly by tram in about 10 minutes. It's also close to the University, so perfect for students.
My two flatmates, Michael 27 and Gina 23, are very nice, easy going and friendly people, it's impossible not to get along with them. They've both just finished their studies. I am French and my German is still very poor, but they both speak German (and English, and Michael speaks Polish!). Finally, they are open and always happy to share a drink or a dinner together.
