da ich ausziehen muss, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner.
Das entsprechende Zimmer ist ca. 10 m2 groß, sehr sonnig und ruhig. Dazu gehört auch ein kleiner privater Balkon. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, die Möbel zu kaufen.
Die Wohnung teilt sich in 2 Geschossen auf. Sie hat ein Badezimmer, eine voll möbilierte Küche, ein Großes Wohnzimmer und eine große, sonnige Terrasse, perfekt zum grillen und sonnenbaden. Einmal die Woche kommt auch Marzena, unsere zuverlässige Putzfrau.

As I am moving, my roommates are looking for a new person to come in my room.
The room is about 10 m2, very sunny and quiet. There is also a private balcony about 3-4 m2. There is the option of buying the furniture.
The appartment has 2 floors. There is 1 bathroom, and a kitchen fully equipped. There is also a big living room, a big mutual terrace, perfect for BBQ and enjoy the sun. We have also a cleaning lady, Marzen, who is coming once per week and cleaning the whole house, including the bedrooms.
Die WG befindet sich auf der Elizabethstr., in der Nähe vom Kirchplatz, 5 Minuten von Bilker Arkaden und der S-Bahn Haltestelle Bilk weit entfernt. Zur Königsalle braucht man 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe der WG gibt es auch viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Kneipen; sowie Haltestellen von den Linien 707, 708, 703, 706, 712, 713 der Strassenbahn und Bussen zum HBF und Oberkassel.

The shared appartment is in Elisabethstr., close to Kirchplatz, 5 minutes on foot from Bilker Arkaden and the S-Bahn Bilk. The Königsalle is just 10 minutes on foot. Close to the appartment there are many supermarkets, shops and bars; it is also perfectly communicated with tram lines 707, 708, 703, 706, 712, 713 and also buses to the HBF and Oberkassel.
In der WG wohnen drei andere Personnen: Christin ist 25 und Lehrerin, Arne ist 23 und arbeitet in Consulting, und Julie ist 26 und Zahnärtzin. Das Umfeld in der Wohnung ist entspannt und locker.
