EN: I'm looking for two people to take the two free rooms and share this large apartment with me. The current furniture in the bedrooms can be taken over (price to be discussed with current flatmates), common areas are fully furnished but could also accommodate some pieces of furniture. The light-filled apartment looks both towards Fürstenwall and an interior courtyard. The kitchen includes oven, washing machine and full-sized fridge.

DE: Gesucht werden zwei Personen für die zwei freie Zimmer, um mit mir die große Wohnung zu teilen. Die vorhandene Zimmereinrichtung kann übernommen werden (der Preis ist mit den jetzigen Mietbewohnern zu besprechen), der gemeinsame Raum ist völlig eingerichtet, jedoch gibts es noch Platz für weitere Möbel. Die helle Wohnung schaut auf den Fürstenwall (auch das Zimmer) und einen Innenhof.
Zur Mitbenutzung stehen: Küche, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank
The flat is central and well-connected.
Located almost at the Kirchplatz, in Unterbilk close to Friedrichstadt.
It takes approx. 20 minutes walking to the Altstadt or 5 min with the metro, the new metro line has a stop right in front of the house door.
There is a bus from Kirchplatz that brings you to Hbf in 10 min.
There is a Rewe at Kirchplatz and the Bilker Arkaden are 10 min away.

Sie befindet sich fast am Kirchplatz, in Unterbilk nah zur Friedrichstadt.
Die Altstadt ist in 20min zu Fuß zu erreichen oder in 5min mit der U-Bahn, die neue U-Bahn-Linie hat eine Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.
Ein Bus brings Dich vom Kirchplatz zum Hbf in 10 min.
