On the first, second and third upper floor of a stylish and well-maintained Art Nouveau building arefour flats with shared rooms, of which one room becomes available every now and then when a flatmate moves out and the flatmate group does not provide a new flatmate of its own:
Apartment 1 (2nd floor) has 2 shared rooms (ap. 1 and 2), women's shared flat,
Apartment 2 (2nd floor) has 3 shared rooms (ap. 3, 4, 5, see floor plan), women's shared flat,
Apartment 3 (2nd floor) has 2 shared rooms (ap. 6 and 7), women's shared flat,
Apartment 4 (1st floor) has 3 shared rooms (ap. 8, 9 and 10), women's shared flat,
Apartment 5 (3rd floor) has 5 shared rooms with a large kitchen and two bathrooms (ap. 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15), women’s shared flat.

All rooms are fully furnished: desk, wardrobe, bed with high-quality mattress etc., complete fitted kitchen (with hob, oven, fridge, sink etc.), new washing machine in the basement, cutlery, kettle, pots, crockery etc.. Parking is available directly on the street or in the side streets. Smoking and animals are unfortunately not allowed. All flats are equipped with a fitted kitchen. A large, sunny garden is at the tenants' disposal. Free Wi-Fi (up to 150 MBit).
The rent is composed as follows:
All-inclusive rent (Total rent): 500 € cold rent + 35 € running costs = 535 Euro (+ 35 Euro heating and electricity)

Der Stadtteil Wersten ist ein beliebter Wohnort für Studenten und grenzt im Westen direkt an den Campus der Heinrich-Heine-Universität. An der Kölner Landstraße findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltstelle ist nur ca. 50 m entfernt. Supermärkte und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig erreichbar. Der Uni-Campus ist nur 1500m entfernt und kann bequem zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder der Straßenbahn erreicht werden. Auch zu Henkel ist es nicht weit.
Die meisten Mieterinnen sind Praktikantinnen, Trainees, Studierende oder Mitarbeiterinnen an der Uni. Einige Mieterinnen wohnen schon länger, andere nur z. B. für ein Praktikum in der WG. Wenn man also will, kann man mit seinen Mitbewohnerinnen etwas unternehmen oder auch im großen gemeinsamen Garten verweilen, andererseits ist es auch o. k., wenn man seine Ruhe haben will.
Es liegt ein Energieverbrauchsausweis gem. §§ 16 ff. EnEV vom 31.1.2013 vor: Der Energieverbrauchskennwert für das Gesamtgebäude beträgt 361,1 kWh/(qm a), wesentlicher Energieträger ist Gas, das Baujahr des Hauses ist 1910.
