Looking for a room from May/Ich suche WG-Zimmer ab Mai

Hi,
I’d like to rent a room for longer starting from May 1st. Preferred areas are: Carlstadt, Friedrichstadt, Flingern Nord or the north part of Oberblik. I’m 26 and I’m Polish. On May 1st I’m starting a job in Germany as a Sales Analyst. I respect my flatmates’ privacy, but I’m also an outgoing person. It would be nice to cook something good together from time to time, go out dancing (especially salsa!) or karaoke ;). I clean up after myself. I don’t smoke and that’s why I’d prefer my flatmates not to smoke in home. My German is on a very beginner level, so it’s important for me to have English-speaking flatmates. The rent with all bills should be not higher than 400 euro. I’d prefer fully-furnished room or with a possibility to buy the stuff from previous tentant. I will be in Dusseldorf between 1st and 7th April and then I can set up a meeting to see the flat. Before that time we can set up a skype meeting or connect on Facebook.

Ich möchte ein Zimmer für eine längere Zeit ab 01.05. am besten im Stadtviertel von Carlstadt Friedrichstadt, Flingern Nord oder im nördlichen Teil von Oberblik mieten.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und ich komme aus Polen. Ich beginne eine neue Arbeit ab 01.05. als Verkaufsanalytikerin in Deutschland. Ich respektiere die Privatsphäre der Mitbewohnern aber ich bin auch eine aufgeschlossene Person. Ich verbringe gerne Zeit beim gemeinsamen Kochen, beim Tanzen oder sogar beim Karaokesingen. Ich räume nach mir auf. Ich rauche nicht, deswegen bevorzügte Ich wenn meine Mitbewohnern auch nicht rauchen würden. Mein Deutsch ist agehend, also es ist wichtig für mich, wenn meine Mitbewohnern Englisch sprechen würden. Die Kosten der Warmmiete, die ich akzpetieren kann betragen 400 Euro. Ich möchte ein möbliertes Zimmer oder wenn es eine Möglichkeit vom Aufkauf der Möbel von einem ehemaligen Mieter wäre.
Ich werde in Düsseldorf ab 01.04 zu 07. 04 sein und dann kann ich mich für die Betrachtung der Wohnung verabreden. Der frühere Kontakt ist möglich per Skype oder per Facebook.
