da ich aus beruflichen Gründen Düsseldorf verlasse, suche ich einen Nachmieter/in ab Anfang August . Das Zimmer ist etwa 15 qm groß, voll möbliert und verfügt über zwei Fenster mit Blick auf der Straße. Es ist mit einem Queensize Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Spiegel, Regal, Sofa, Schrank und zwei Sofatischen ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG, ist etwa 60 qm groß, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, eine getrennte Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Mikrowelle, 4 Kocherden, Regalen, 4-er Tisch mit 4 Stühlen ausgestattet.

since I´m leaving Düsseldorf and Germany at he beginning of August , I’m looking for a new tenant for my room. The room is 15 square meters and has two big windows that look on the street. It is completely furnished, with a queensize bed, a desk with a chair,mirror, shelves, two small tables, a sofa and a wardrobe. The room is located in a flat with total 2 bedrooms, one toilet, one bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave oven, cupboards, table and 4 chairs.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer zentralen Verkehrslage. In einer Minute erreicht man die Bushaltestelle Markenstraße mit direkter Anbindung zum Medienhafen oder Vennhauser Alle (Bus 732). In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man fußläufig die Straßen, S- und U-Bahnhaltelinie Düsseldorf Oberbilk (705 nach Eller-Vennhauser Allee/Düsseldorf Unterrath, S6 Richtung Köln/Essen, S1 Richtung Dortmund/Solingen, (U74 Richtung Lörick/Holthausen, U79 Richtung Universität Ost/Duisburg).) und die Bus-und U-Bahnhaltelinie Ellerstraße (U74 Richtung Lörick/Holthausen, U77 Richtung Seestern-Holthausen, U79 Richtung Universität Ost/Duisburg, 721 Richtung Flughafen Terminal A/B/C-Gotharstraße, 722 Richtung Messe Ost/Eller). The apartment is located in Oberbilk. Transport: 1 min by walk to the stop Markenstraße (Bus 732 to Hbf, on the line Hafen - Eller), 5 min to the stop of Ellestraße (U74, U77, U79 = 7 min to the city center), Oberbilk SU (S6 to Köln - Essen, S1 to Solingen. Tram 705, 707) 10 min to the stop of Oberbilker Markt (Tram 706, different other busses) Shops: 7 min by walk to Penny Market (in front of the Stop of Ellerstraße), 10 min by walk to Edeka, in Ellerstraße/Kolnerstraße there are also groceries and other shops (one in front of the apartment).
