The apartment is in a nice, quiet area. There are a train station(Duisburg Ruhrort Bf), a bus stop and "Tram 901" within 2-5 minutes walking distance. Kaufland and other shops are also within a small walking distance. The buses have a good connection to several places.Tram 901 runs between Mülheim Hbf, Duisburg Hbf and Obermarxloh. There is a nice park for jogging by the Rhine river (Deichpark Laar). FitX is 10 minutes away by tram.
I will be your roommate. I am currently finishing my bachelor's degree in computer science at the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences so if I am not at Uni or work, I would normally be in my room watching a movie or listening to some 80s music. I am also a vegetarian and do not smoke, so it would be nice if you are one too.
I understand that sharing a home with someone can be tricky sometimes with different habits and lifestyles. That is why I value having open and honest conversations from time to time.
The apartment has an attic and a cellar which can be used to park a bike or store stuff.
