Wir suchen für unsere Dreier-Wg eine/n Nachmieter/in.
schöne helle Wohnung in Eller 2.OG.
ca. 100qm gesammt - perfekte Zimmeraufteilung
für WG - Parkettboden, Marmorbad (viel zu groß :) )
Balkon zum Garten, lässige Nachbarn
und super Lage
Apotheke, Döner, Bäcker, Supermarkt, und und und in unmittelbarer Umgebung
Verkehrslage: U75 und 715 direkt vor der Tür
also ca. 7 Min. zum HBF....
Parkplätze auch vor der Tür...
Wir sind 2 Jungs, (21 Jahre Hotelkaufmann und 24 Mediengestalter), locker und entspannt.
Du solltest ebenso locker drauf sein und am besten einen Herd mitbringen :) , denn deine Vormieterin wird Ihren leider mitnehmen....
ansonsten müsste dieser dann noch angeschafft werden.
Also - einfach melden und mal vorbeischauen.
