wenn du ein möbliertes Zimmer zur Untermiete für ca. 3 Monate suchst, aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert bist, dann freue ich mich von dir zu hören.
Mich interessiert was du so machst, warum es dich nach Düsseldorf zieht und wer du bist.
Dich erwartet ein möbliertes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon in den Hinterhof raus, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad, Gäste-WC und eine zentrale Lage zum Hauptbahnhof.
Der genaue Zeitraum ist momentan noch nicht fix, daher wäre es super wenn du uns gleich sagst wie deine Vorstellungen hier sind.
Ich bin Design Studentin an der Hochschule Düsseldorf und freue mich auf deine Nachricht.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Mintropstraße. Nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Hbf und jeweils eine Minute zum Mintrop- und Stresemannplatz. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind also bestens zu erreichen.
Ein REWE und Netto sind auch jeweils in 2-3 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Alles ganz entspannt :)
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt in der Wohnung.
Achja, in der Miete von 400 Euro ist alles enthalten.
