Gut gelegen zu Innenstadt, Altstadt, Verkehrsmitteln (S-Bahn, Tram, Bus). Fußläufig zur Königsallee. Zum Hauptbahnhof ca. 10 Minuten. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. (z.B. Rewe bis 24 h, Aldi, Edeka etc.).
Well located in city center, close to Königsallee (5 mins. walk), Altstadt (10 mins.), main station (10 mins. walk). Very good public transport (S-Bahn, bus, tram, different lines). All shops for daily need (Aldi, Rewe etc.) are close by.
Nette, eher zweckmäßige WG mit freundschaftlich-respektvollem Umgangsstil und viel Freiraum für deinen eigenen Lebensstil. Regelmäßiges reinigen in Absprache unabdingbar.
Nice flatmates who deal with each other in a friendly and respectful way but leave sufficient space for your privacy. Frequent cleaning of common rooms a necessity which requires your participation in the same way as your respect and mindfullness as well of course.
