Wir vermieten als 4köpfige Familie (Studentin, 30 Jahre, Mann 32 in Elternzeit, Tochter 6 Jahre, Tochter 8 Monate) als NOTLÖSUNG für neu anfangende Studentinnen in unserem Neubauhaus 1 Zimmer.
Ausstattung
gehobener Neubaustandard, im 2. OG, 1 Zimmer, knapp 16 qm,
teilmöbliert mit 2 X 80 cm Boxspringbetten + eine Gästematratze, 1 Tisch, 4 Stühle, 2 Schränke, Sessel, Wlan. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit Rollläden. Im 2. OG ist sonst nur noch die Galerie mit Arbeitszimmer und die Dachterrasse, die mitbenutzt werden kann. Wir haben unsere Zimmer im 1. OG und ganz unten befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und die Küche.
Im Keller ist Stauraum, Spülmaschinen- und Waschmaschinenmitbenutzung, eigener Parkplatz!
Wenn du noch dringend etwas brauchst, kannst du dir es gerne mal angucken zum Übergang, bis du etwas findest, spätestens bis Ende November!

Nur Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere, nur Frauen!
Lage:
Dusslingen (10 km von Tü entfernt, ebene Strecke, mit Fahrrad halbe Stunde zur Uni, mit dem Zug zwei Haltestellen, 7-8 Minuten, fährt zu Stoßzeiten alle 20 min, sonst stündlich. Man läuft 8 Min zur Haltestelle. Rewe, Netto, Apotheke, Post, Bank alles in Fußnähe. Man ist aber auch schnell in der Natur. Ruhige Lage.
Kosten:
Benutzung alleine: Wochenweise im Voraus, 100 Euro/Woche, mindestens 2 Wochen.
Benutzung zu zweit: Wochenweise im Voraus, 70 Euro/Woche pro Person, mindestens 2 Wochen.
Auf jeden Fall kostengünstiger als in der Jugendherberge, außerdem mehr Annehmlichkeiten als in den 3- 4Bettzimmern der JuHe. Wegen Allein-/Zweierbenutzung kann gerne gesprochen werden, je nachdem, ob man schon eine Freundin hat, die mit reingeht, ob man Geld sparen will und gern noch jemand Zweites reinhaben will oder lieber allein sein will...

Facilities:
good standard, 3rd floor, about 16 sqm,
partly funished with 2 X 80 cm beds and a matrass for guests, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 closets, 1 armchair, wifi. The room has a lot of light, with shutters. On that floor there is only our private office-room and the room we rent, additionally the rooftopterrace that can also be used.
You can use the diswasher and the washing mashine. There is space in the cellar to store stuff, there is a private parking lot. Two toilets, shower and bathtub.
We offer this, if you need something really emergent and you can stay there until End of November.
We also clean for you.
Only nonsmokers, no animals, only women!
Location:
Dusslingen (10 km from Tübingen, flat, no mountains, by bicycle onle half an hour to university, by train only 7-8 mins to Tübingen, at rush hour train comes every 20 mins, the rest of the day every hour. You walk 8 mins to the station, there are supermarkets, bakerys, pharmacy, bank, post all within walking distance. Quite area, nature very close.
Costs:
If you stay there alone: Weekly rent in advance, 100 Euros/week, at least 2 weeks
If there stay two people: Weekly rent in advance, 70 Euros/week, at least 2 weeks
Much cheaper then the youth hostel and more luxury/more privacy in comparison to the 3/4 bedroom rooms in the youth hostel!
We can also talk about using the room with a second person or alone!
