da ich im nächsten Semester aus meiner jetzigen WG ausziehen werde, suche ich einen netten Mitbewohner/in für die beiden Kerle. Das Zimmer ist natürlich nicht das Größte, aber es passt alles rein, was nötig ist, um sich wohl zu fühlen und es ist dadurch auch ein Schnäppchen. Die Wohnung hat ansonsten alles schon drin, was man braucht. Dazu kommt ein großer Balkon, Fahrradkeller zur Mitbenutzung und ein neu saniertes Bad.
Bis zur FH braucht man ungefähr (je nachdem welches Gebäude) von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke, sowie die Schwimmhalle und der Basketballplatz.
Das Einzugsdatum ist auf jeden Fall verhandelbar!
