About the Appartment:
Three Rooms avaliable in two floor student apartment
with fancy stylish bathroom and two equipped kitchens in Emmerich am Rhein
-22sqm(400€), 18sqm(380€) (during subletting time price could be negotiable), furnished
- subletting time for bigger room is till the end of october and the smaller one till the end of september, after that you can sign a real contract
- The apartment was fully renovated summer 2016.
- Bathroom is very spacious and includes rainfall shower, WC and brand washing machine.
- There is one kitchen on each floor with brand and new appliances (ovens, stoves, hoods, fridges, FREEZER, DISH WASHER! etc.)
- The student apartement is located in a cozy central residential area.
- The large garden can be used for sunbathing and to chill and to enjoy barbeque
- The nearest bus stop is within 400m.
- Bus to Hochschule goes every 30 minutes and you have to spend there just 19 minutes, admiring nice views of river and fields
- 4 minutes of walking can bring you to the nearest supermarket.
- At the other side of the road there is a mini market, that works even on Sundays.
- There is a separate place where you can store a bicycle (or whatever you need).

Es sind zwei Zimmer in einem zweistöckingen Studentenappartment zu vergeben mit hochwertig ausgestatteten Badezimmer und zwei Küchen.
-22qm(400€) und 18qm(380€) (bis zum Auslaufen unserer Mietverträge können wir den Preis auch senken.)
- Der Mietvertrag läuft für das größere Zimmer bis Ende Oktober und für das kleine Zimmer bis Ende September
- Die Wohnung wurde erst letztes Jahr komplett Saniert.
- Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine Regendusche, WC und qualitäts Waschmaschine.
- Es gibt eine Küche auf jeder Etage komplett ausgestattet. (Backofen, Kühlschrank, GEFRIERSCHANK, SPÜLMASCHINE)
- Die Studentenwohnung befindet sich in einer gemütlichen zentralen Wohngegend.
- Der große Garten kann zum Sonnenbaden und zum Chillen und zum Grillen genutzt werden
- Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 400m entfernt.
- Der Bus zur Hochschule fährt alle 30 Minuten und braucht etwa bis 19 Minuten bis zur HSRW auf dem Weg kann man die schöne Landschaft des Niederrheins genießen.
- Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt.
- Auf der anderen Seite der Straße gibt es einen Minimarkt, der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat.
- Es gibt ein Gartenhäuschen zum Abstellen von Fahrrad o.Ä.
About the City:
So why should you choose to live in Emmerich?
From Emmerich you can take bus to Nijmegen (every hour); there is a absolutely new train connection (started in April 2017) with Arnhem (every hour). Brand new train takes you there in 30 minutes!
And, of course, there is train to Düsseldorf (every hour).
All trains that go through Emmerich belong to company Abellio, so that they are more clean and the employees are very friendly compared to DB. And you can charge the phone/tablet in train.
All these routes (to Netherlands as well) are free with your student ID!!
The last train from Düsseldorf arrives here around 2am, so you can come late from concerts or flights ect.
Emmerich Bahnhof and Arnhem Centraal are also stops for well-nown low-cost bus company Flixbus (which you can't find in Kleve). You can visit Dutch cities for almost nothing. (Arnhem - Amsterdam 7€, Emmerich - Amsterdam 13€, etc)!

Also warum möchte man in Emmerich leben?
Von Emmerich kann man den Bus nach Nijmegen nehmen (jede Stunde); Es gibt einen Zug nach Düsseldof (jede Stunde) und außerdem eine absolut neue Zugverbindung (seit April 2017) nach Arnhem (jede Stunde).
Alle Züge, die durch Emmerich fahren, gehören der Firma Abellio an, diese sind deutlich! Sauberer als auch komforttaebler als „normale“ DB Züge zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Zusätzlich befinden sich überall im Zug Steckdosen, sodass man Handy/Tablet jederzeit aufladen kann.
Sowohl die Fahrt nach Düsseldort als auch nach Arnheim oder Nijmegen ist kostenlos mit dem Studententicket.
Da der letzte Zug aus Düsseldorf um 2Uhr morgens ankommt, kann man im Ruhrepott Konzerte o.Ä. mitnehmen.
Der Bahnhof Emmerich als auch Arnhem Centraal sind beides auch Haltestellen für Flixbus (was man in Kleve nicht findet). Damit kann man sehr Kostengünstig niederländische Städte besuchen. (Arnhem - Amsterdam 7 €, Emmerich - Amsterdam 13 €, etc)!
Apartment is designed for 4 people to live in, but currently there is only one person sharing appartment with you.
Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt, aber derzeit wohnt nur eine Person hier.
