Hello everyone,
I'm subleasing this room for the last two months of my regular contract. I'm done with my studies and I'm moving to another city. I live with two really nice roommates :)
This room of 12 qm in the Studentenwohneim is super! the sun never comes directly to the room, so for summer time is really chill and fresh. The room has a bed, a wardrobe, a table with a chair and a shelf.
The room will be completely empty of my stuff at the time you move in!
The money for the Kaution is completely negotiable!

The neighborhood is really quite, and we have everything close by. Walking you can reach Nahkauf in 3 min, Norma in 5 min and the tram stop in 5 min. The stop is Klinikum and is 15 min far from the city. Nordpark is also 10 min far from here and the whole neighborhood is good for biking.
My roommates are Tasia from Indonesia and Ramona from Namibia. Because we mostly study all time long, we sometimes have breakfast together and chat, but we are mostly out of home.
