Die Fenster sind gut isoliert.Eventuell kann das 90cm breite Bett inklusive Matratze der aktuellen Mieterin übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Nähe eines Supermarketes. Unweit davon befindet sich auch ein Einkaufszentrum, mit alles was kurzfristig benötigt wird wie Post, Apotheke, Kaufland, dm usw.
Direkt vor der Haustüre befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und in 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof und damit in der Innenstadt.

Hi, ich freue mich dich kennenzulernen. Ich bin früher viel unterwegs gewesen und finde es jetzt schön neue Leute zu treffen. Die Wohnung, mit drei Zimmern (eines davon ist das Wohnzimmet mit Balkon) bietet die Möglichkeit, eines der beiden Zimmer immer mal wieder netten Menschen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Ich selbst arbeite und bin meistens ab morgend im Büro, wenn ich keine Homeoffice mache. Ansonsten liebe ich draußen sowohl in der Stadt als auch in der Natur untwegs zu sein. Gerne können wir zusammen ins Fitness, joggen, schwimmen oder Fahrrad fahren gehen.

ich freue mich auf dich. Ich bin unter der Woche meistens bei der Arbeit und manchmal im HO. Nach der Arbeit viel draußen unterwegs, beim Sport oder in der Stadt.
Wochenends unternehme ich gerne etwas und bin das ein
oder andere Wochenende mit Freunden auf einem Kurztrip. Zudem wird mein Partner am Wochenende manchmal zu Besuch kommen. Da wir dann drei Personen sind wäre weiterer Besuch zu viel. Wenn du damit einverstanden bist, melde dich gern.
Wichtig finde ich, dass du auch gerne Mal was unternimmst, ein Verständnis für ein Miteinander mit Rücksichtsnahme hast und nicht bis tief in die Nacht aktiv bist. Ein Job mit „normalen“ Arbeitszeiten und mehrheitlich im Büro ist Voraussetzung. Ein eigener Wunsch nach Ordnung und Sauberkeit und unaufgefordertes Putzen wird vorausgesetzt.
Grundsätzlich kann es sein, dass das Zimmer auch nach März noch verfügbar ist.
