Looking for a short/long term roommate.
2 Zimmer Flat 87m2 is fully furnished with multiple mirrors, equipped kitchen and big balcony and basic amenities.
Hall (1 Zimmer) is open area. Does not have a door.
Bedroom (1zimmer) have cupboards and Sleeping bed closed with the door. Therefore privacy is very little ( no separate cupboard and bed).Need to be adjusted based on each other understanding.
I have sofabed which can be used in the hall for sleeping.
The building/apartment is located near 2.2km from Haupbahnhof. Bus transport is available just below the building.multiple bus routes are available to reach bahnhof which takes only 10min.
I just have one concern, looking for a person who cooks veg/non vegetarian(egg and Chicken.no other meat)
The total rent is 975 euro including heating charges.
Internet and Electricity charges are 145euro.
In the case of rathaus registration/sublet is possible. i can talk to the owner.
