Da ich nach Nürnberg umziehe, muss ich mein süßes großes Zimmer in Alt-Erlangen an jemanden untervermieten, der nett und sauber ist, das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, ca. 30 Quadratmeter, kann an maximal 2 Personen vermietet werden, Stadtanmeldung möglich. Der Mietvertrag ist in der Regel ein Jahr, und kann jedes Jahr verlängert werden, Sie unterschreiben mit dem Vermieter, der ein netter Deutscher ist und sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch fließend spricht. Sie können mich entweder auf Englisch oder Deutsch kontaktieren, geschätztes Einzugsdatum ist ab Mai, aber im April oder Juni ist auch verhandelbar. Internationals also welcome!

Because I'm moving to Nuremberg so I have to sublet my sweet big room in Alt-Erlangen to someone who's nice and clean, the room is fully furnished, about 30 square meters, more or less, can be rented to maximal 2 persons, city registration applicable. The rent contract is usually one year, and can be extended every year, you sign with the landlord, who is a nice German and speaks both English and German fluently. You can contact me in either English or German, estimated move-in date is from May, but on April or June is also negotiable. Internationals also welcome!

It is located in Alt-Erlangen, a quiet and safe area of city Erlangen, 5 minutes to the public transport and approximately 25 minutes with bus to technical faculty and 12 minutes to the city center. There is also a Edeka shop near by, with walking distance of 600m.
Hier wohnen derzeit drei Mieter, eine chinesische Masterstudentin, die Materialwissenschaften studiert, ein Student aus Singapur, der ein PhD-Student an der FAU ist, und ein türkischer Masterstudent.

Here currently are three tenants living, a Chinese girl master student studying material science, one Singaporean student who also a PhD student at FAU, and a türkish master student.
Rauchen ist im Haus absolut nicht erlaubt! Für die Miete zahle ich derzeit 550 Euro pro Monat, inklusive Strom, Heizung, WLAN und so weiter. Ich kann nicht garantieren, wie viel Sie wegen der Inflation berechnet werden, aber ich würde raten, dass es um diese Zahl noch ist. Und keine Untervermietungsgebühr auf Möbel, ich gebe es Ihnen völlig kostenlos, außer wenn Sie meinen PC, mit Nvidia-Grafikkarte und Intel-i9 vor einem halben Jahr gekauft haben möchten.

Smoking is totally not allowed in the house! The renting currently I pay 550 euro every month, included electricity, heating, WLAN, and so on. I cannot guarantee how much you will be charged because of the inflation, but I would suggest around this number. And no subletting fee on furnitures, I'll give it to you totally for free, except if you'd like to have my PC, with Nvidia graphic card and Intel-i9 bought half a year ago.
