Two rooms in our WG house will be free starting February, as both occupants had to move away for work :(
The room in this ad is on the first floor, it has very bright windows and is fully furnished with a table and chair, wardrobes and a single bed. There is a bathroom on both the first and the ground floor opposite the rooms. The room is 15sqm, warm rent is 350€.
The house is generally very bright and homely. Besides the two bathrooms there is a kitchen where all kitchen utensils and appliances are already available. Especially comfortable is a sofa and a sitting area that invites to common evenings.
The absolute highlight is the garden, which is very large and equipped with garden furniture for relaxing. There are apple trees which may be harvested.
Im großen WG-Haus stehen derzeit 2 Zimmer zur Verfügung, da die Bewöhner wegen Arbeit wegziehen müssen. Das Zimmer in dieser Anzeige ist im 1.OG, hat sehr helle Fenster und ist komplett mit Tisch und Stuhl, Schränken und einem Einzelbett ausgestattet. Ein Badezimmer befindet sich sowohl im ersten als auch im Erdgeschoss gegenüber den Zimmern.
Das Haus ist im Allgemeinen sehr hell und gemütlich. Teppiche, Bilder und ein paar Pflanzen schaffen eine schöne Atmosphäre im Treppenhaus. Neben den beiden Badezimmern gibt es eine Küche, in der alle Küchenutensilien und -geräte bereits vorhanden sind. Besonders gemütlich ist ein Sofa und eine Sitzecke, die zu gemeinsamen Abenden einlädt.
Das absolute Highlight ist der Garten, der sehr groß und mit Gartenmöbeln zum Entspannen ausgestattet ist. Es gibt Apfelbäume, die geerntet werden dürfen.
From the WG house in Alterlangen you can reach the city centre in 10-15 minutes and the south area in 20-25 minutes. The nearest bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away. In a few minutes you can reach Edeka, baker, butcher, pharmacy and various doctors. It is especially nice that the canal is right next door and you can go jogging and cycling there.
Vom WG-Haus in Alterlangen aus erreichen Sie das Stadtzentrum in 10-15 Minuten und den südlichen Bereich in 20-25 Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie Edeka, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und verschiedene Ärzte. Besonders schön ist, dass der Kanal gleich nebenan liegt und man dort joggen und Rad fahren kann.

Francesca is from Italy and studies palaeobiology at the FAU.
Christophe is from France and is a Postdoc at FAU.
We are all very friendly and uncomplicated. We often meet in the kitchen or cook or eat together. On weekends we sometimes go for walks in the forest, or for a beer if the restrictions allow it :) As half the occupants are leaving at once, you can shape the new WG life with us and the 4th roomate!

Francesca kommt aus Italien und studiert Paläobiologie an der FAU.
Christophe kommt aus Frankreich und er ist Postdoc an der FAU.
Wir sind alle sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir treffen uns oft in der Küche, kochen oder essen zusammen. Am Wochenende machen wir manchmal einen kleinen Spaziergang oder gehen wir für ein Bierschen raus. Da halb des Bewohner auszieht, kannst du mit uns und der/dem 4. MitbewohnerrIn das neue WG Leben mitgestalten!
