Da ich mein letztes Semester in England verbringen und somit ausziehen werde, suche ich eine*n Nachmieter*in!
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 18m2 groß, ist komplett möbliert und hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Dort kann man gut sitzen, ein Buch lesen/ein oder mehrere Bier trinken oder einfach die Aussicht genießen.
Du hast genügend Platz für deine Sachen/Home-Exercises/Partys oder auf was du sonst so stehst :)
Gerne hätte ich auch eine Ablöse für meine Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schminktisch, Kleiderschrank und die zwei weißen Sideboards 200€ (VB)
As I'll be leaving for UK for my last term so wo'nt be needing my room anymore I'm looking for a new tenant.
Your future room is 18 square meters big, fully furnished and has its own access to the balcony. In summer it's really nice to sit there and read a book/drink some beers.
You'd have enough space for all your stuff/home exercises/party's or whatever you're into :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich mit dem Fahrrad circa 10-15 Minuten von der Innenstadt/PhilFak entfernt (je nachdem wie schnell du fährst). In der Nähe befinden sich eine Bushaltestelle, eine Pizzeria und ein Edeka. Circa 10 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Beck und auch der Kaufland in der Innenstadt ist gut zu erreichen. Wenn du mal Lust auf einen Spaziergang haben solltest, ist der Wiesengrund direkt nebenan, da kann man auch gut joggen oder Fahrrad fahren.
The flat is approximately 10-15 minutes by bike away from the center/PhilFak (depending on how fast you are). Nearby there's a bus stop, a supermarket and a pizza restaurant. About 10 minutes away you'll find a bakery and Kaufland (cheap supermarket) is fast to reach as well. If you fancy goin for a walk theres a huge field nearby, where you can also go for a run or ride your bike.
In der WG leben zurzeit Max (21) und Alex (25). Max studiert Mathe/Physik auf Lehramt und Alex macht eine psychotherapeutische Ausbildung. Das Leben in der WG ist eher ruhig, eine Party-WG wirst du hier wahrscheinlich nicht finden. Man sitzt/quatscht/kocht/trinkt/isst Pizza gerne ab und zu mal zusammen, aber jeder respektiert wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben will.
At the moment Max (21) and Alex (25) are living in the flat. Max studies maths/physics and Alex studies to become a therapist. The atmosphere in the flat is rather calm and chill, you won't find party's every weekend here. They like to eat/drink/sit/talk/eat pizza together, though respect each other's privacy.
