The room that becomes available in the shared apartment is very well laid out. Most of the time you have sun and lots of daylight in the room. Nevertheless, it is not too loud here. if you love a peaceful environment, then this is the best place to study and work.
The shared apartment is well equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher (always very convenient in a shared apartment!), a washing machine, and all kitchen appliances you could need.
The heart of the shared apartment is the kitchen, which is big enough to get together with a few people, to eat together, or to drink a few beers.
There is also a backyard and garden where the bike can be parked.
We are 4 people living here (24-30). Two (Internationals) are studying for masters at FAU, and Two(Germans) are doing a Job. This count will be 5 if "You are the One xD". We like to eat and play games together, also we like to organize a WG party once in a while. The atmosphere in the WG is really friendly and chill. We want a friendly and social person in the flat that can hang out sometimes with us (why not, of course :D).

House is located in Alterlangen so might know that this is really a peaceful area. The location is very convenient to reach out to the bus station and other shopping centers. So it is easy to get necessary stuffs.
There is a forest very near to the house (400 meters), and Dressendorfer is like 4 km away. So you can chill-out there with some beers (Why Not!)
Well, there is a schedule for the cleaning, of course, and we are assuming that you know "what it is and how it works."
furniture is not available, you will get the empty room. You will have to bring your furnitures (Its not hard to get it, I think!)
