The room is furnished and preferably rented to a non-smoking student, an intern or someone young in his professional life. The shared loggia was renovated in 2015 and has a practical storage room with a rescue ladder. The room has recently been partially repainted resp. renovated, has a satellite connection (Astra+Hotbird), 1 wardrobe (if required, is currently in the basement), a convertible sofa, a bed, a table, which can be used as a desk with 4 chairs, wall shelves, a ceiling fan, a smoke detector, your own ISDN telephone with telephone flat rate (landline-domestic), DSL 2000 flat rate (WLAN N standard).

The apartment has a spacious hallway (with a fire-extinguisher cabinet and a wardrobe), from which each tenant can access his own room (three rooms in total). From the hallway, you also have access to the well-equipped kitchen🧑 🍳 (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, etc.) as well as to the bright bathroom🛁 In the basement is the laundry room (shared) with its own washing machine for the three tenants. There is also a laundry hanging room in the basement (shared). The bicycle storage room in the basement as well as the garden may be used by all residents of the apartment building.

There is no elevator, but a spacious stairwell. The flat is conveniently located near the city center (approx. 10 minutes’ walk), good shopping facilities/doctors nearby. The bus stop "Am Anger" (L. 284, 285, 294) can be reached in approx. 3 min. on foot and the streetcar (S-Bahn, Paul-Gossen-Str.) in roughly 15 min. on foot.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert und wird am Liebsten an eine(n) nichtrauchende(n) Studentin(en), Praktikantin(en) oder Jemanden vermietet, der jung im Berufsleben steht. Die Loggia (Mitbenutzung MB) wurde 2015 renoviert und verfügt über eine praktische Abstellkammer mit Rettungsleiter. Das Zimmer wurde kürzlich teilweise neu gestrichen bzw. renoviert, verfügt über einen SAT-Anschluss (Astra+Hotbird), 1 Kleiderschrank (bei Bedarf, steht momentan im Keller, Schlafcouch, Bett, (Schreib-)Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, Wandregale, Deckenventilator, Rauchmelder, eigenes ISDN-Telefon mit Telefon-Flatrate (Festnetz-Inland), DSL 2000 Flatrate (WLAN N-Standard).

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Gang (mit Feuerlöscher-Schränkchen und Garderobe), von dem man in die drei WG-Zimmer, die gut ausgestattete Küche🧑‍🍳 (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Backofen etc.) sowie in das Tageslichtbad gelangt. 🛁 Im Keller befindet sich die Waschküche (MB) mit eigener Waschmaschine für die WG. Auch gibt es einen Wäscheaufhängraum im Keller (MB). Der Fahrradkeller sowie der Garten darf von allen Bewohnern des MFH benutzt werden.

Kein Aufzug, dafür gut begehbares Treppenhaus. Verkehrsgünstige Lage in Stadtkernnähe (ca. 10 Gehmin.), gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Ärzte i. d. Nähe. Bushaltestelle "Am Anger" (L. 284, 285, 294, ca. 3 Gehmin.) und ca.15 Gehmin. zur S-Bahn (Paul-Gossen-Str.).
