Hallo Zusammen,
ich suche einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer in Baiersdorf bei Erlangen. Das Zimmer ist 12 m³ groß, vollmöbliert und sehr hell. Zur Wohnung gehören eine große vollausgestattete Küche und ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Mann muss hier wirklich nur seinen Koffer packen, alles andere ist schon vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Baiersdorf, 2 SBahn-Stationen von Erlangen entfernt, so ca. 6min. Der Bahnhof liegt ca. 6min (Rad) von der Wohnung entfernt.
Der Mitbewohner ist ein älterer Mitarbeiter bei Siemens, den ich aber erst 2* gesehen habe seit ich hier wohne, da er morgens sehr früh aus dem Haus geht und oft mehrere Wochen auf Montage ist. Das heißt man hat die Wohnung eigentlich ganz für sich alleine.
Meldet euch einfach bei Interesse. Es ist auch ein späterer Mietbeginn ab 1. Januar möglich.
