Big room in apartment good located for students or workers (long term).
The house have a furnished kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer), living room (table and chairs), balcony, and bathroom (washing machine).
The room is furnished with wardrobe and dresser (bought it new from IKEA on June 2023) and a desk with chair. All the furnitures will cost 200€ (the price is not negotiable).
Notice that the only thing not provided in the room will be the bed and the sofa.
The price include everything except internet and tv/radio tax (divided by the three tenants).
Possibility to get a parking lot (50€ extra).

Großes Zimmer in einer Wohnung in guter Lage für Studenten oder Arbeiter (langfristig).
Das Haus verfügt über eine möblierte Küche (Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach), ein Wohnzimmer (Tisch und Stühle), einen Balkon und ein Badezimmer (Waschmaschine).
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Kleiderschrank und einer Kommode (neu bei IKEA im Juni 2023 gekauft) und einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl ausgestattet. Alle Möbel kosten 200 € (der Preis ist nicht verhandelbar).
Beachten Sie, dass das einzige, was im Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung steht, das Bett und das Sofa sind.
Der Preis beinhaltet alles außer Internet und Fernseh-/Radiosteuer (aufgeteilt auf die drei Mieter).
