Hallo,
wir haben ein Zimmer frei in unserer geräumigen Wohnung und suchen eine nette WG-Mitbewohner/-in fuer unsere 3-er WG in Erlangen-Bruck. Eigentlich wollte eine Freundin aus dem Iran einziehen, um hier Arbeit zu suchen. Wegen Corona ist das nun erstmal nicht möglich. Deshalb vermieten wir das Zimmer nun relativ flexibel an Leute, die zwischen August und Februar 2021 eine Bleibe suchen.
Das freie Zimmer ist hell, 12qm groß und, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, vollmöbiliert. Ein Bett 200cm x 120cm steht im Zimmer.
Die Wohnung selbst ist 75qm groß und besteht aus drei Zimmern (zwei Schlafzimmer mit 12qm und 14qm sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit 21qm). Zusätzlich gibt es eine Küche, ein Bad, ein extra WC, sowie eine Abstellkammer und einen Balkon.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Esstisch, Sofa und Fernseher gut ausgestattet. Von dort aus kommt man auch auf den Balkon. Dieser ist ca. 7qm groß und bietet einen super Ausblick über Erlangen.

We have a room available in our spacious apartment and are looking for a nice flatmate for our 3-er flat in Erlangen-Bruck. Originally a friend from Iran wanted to move in. Because of Corona now that's not possible. Thus we rent this room very flexiblely to anyone who is searching a room between August and February 2021
The free room is bright, 12qm large and, as you can see on the pictures, fully furnished. A 200cm x 120cm bed is in the room.
The apartment itself has a size of 75 square meters and consists of three rooms (two bedrooms with 12 square meters and 14 square meters as well as a living room with 21 square meters). Additionally, there is a kitchen, a bath, an extra WC, as well as a storeroom and a balcony.
The living room is well equipped with a dining table, sofa, and TV. From there you also have access to the balcony, which is approx. 7qm large and offers a great view of Erlangen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der A73, was aufgrund der schallisolierten Fenster jedoch kein Problem ist. Außerdem sind die Schlafzimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten, zur Tech Fak nur 10 Minuten. Der Brucker Bahnhof ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located directly on the A73, which is not a problem due to the soundproof windows. The bedrooms are on the opposite side. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by bicycle and 10 minutes to get to Tech Fak. The Bruck train station is a 2-minute walk away and a bus stop is also a 2-minute walk away.
Meine Mitbewohnerin heisst Tamara und ist 29. Sie arbeitet beim Fraunhofer. Für die WG suchen wir eine nette, aufgeschlossene Person, die gerne mal zu einer gemeinsamen Kochsession, chillen auf dem Balkon oder einem gemütlichen Fernsehabend ja sagt ;).

My roommate's name is Tamara and she is 29. She is working for Fraunhofer institute. For the shared flat, we are looking for a nice, open-minded person, who likes to say yes to a cooking session, chilling on the balcony or a cozy TV evening ;).
