Das Haus wurde Ende 2019 komplett neu saniert und umfasst mehrer getrennte Wohnungen. Zu Ende Juni wird eine komplett neue renovierte 2er WG frei.
Die beiden Zimmer sind wie folgt möbliert:
- Bett (entweder 90cm oder 140cm Breite)
- Neue Matratze
- Großer funktionaler Kleiderschrank
- Kommode
- Schreibtisch und Stuhl

The first movement in a new furnished apartment
The house was completely renovated in late 2019 and has separated apartments. Until the end of June there will be a completely new renovated apartment ready.
Each room is furnished as follows:
- Bed (either 90cm or 140cm wide)
- New mattress
- Large functional wardrobe
- Dresser
- Desk and chair

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. Die Bäckerei “Der Beck” und ein regionaler Metzger sind nur eine Minute weg.
Es gibt eine überdachte Außenterrasse, welche für alle Bewohner. Grillen und kleine Feiern im Sommer sind dort kein Problem.
Das Haus hat zusätzlich einen Fahrradkeller, damit auch im Winter die Räder gut und sicher abgestellt werden können.
Die Bushaltestelle “Erlangen Bruck Kirche” ist unmittelbar in der Nähe.
Von dort aus gelangt man in 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Erlangen (Bus 285 oder 294) oder zur Friedrich Alexander Universität.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 4 Minuten zur S-Bahn Station Erlangen Bruck. 7 Minuten zum neuen Siemens Campus und ein paar Minute länger zu den Erlangen Arcaden.

Very nice and quiet house with grocery stores in walking distance. The bakery “Der Beck” and a regional butcher are only one minute away.
There is a covered outdoor terrace which can be used by all residents. Grilling and small parties in summer are no problem there.
The house has also a bicycle cellar so that the bikes can be parked safely even in winter.
The bus stop “Erlangen Bruck Kirche” is pretty close. From there you get to Erlangen Central Station (bus 285 or 294) or Friedrich Alexander University in only 12 minutes.
By bike it is only 4 minutes to the S-Bahn station Erlangen Bruck. 7 minutes to the new Siemens Campus and a few minutes longer to the Erlangen Arcaden.

Die Zimmer sind in der finalen Renovierung. Kleinere Handwerksarbeiten (Leiste, Steckdosen, etc) und der Möbelaufbau sind werden noch bis Ende Juni gemacht.
