Aufgrund eines Auslandaufenthaltes ist von Mitte Februar bis August ein Zimmer in unserer schönen WG frei. Das Zimmer ist zwar nur 10 m2 groß, dafür liegt es in einem großen Haus. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen separaten Hobbykeller, Wäschekeller und auch einen Garten, in dem man sich im Sommer auch mal sonnen kann. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, sodass du dir keine teuren Möbel kaufen musst. Das Haus hat ein Bad und zwei weitere Toiletten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Studentenherz begehrt: Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Toaster, …
We are looking for a roommate to join our flat share from February to August 2022 since one of us is staying in Riga for half a year. The room may only measure 10 square meters, however it’s part of a very nice house in Bruck. We have a kitchen, a big living room, a separated hobby room, a laundry room, and our own garden where one can relax in the sun.
The room will be furnished, so you don't have to buy any furniture.
The house has a bathroom and two separate toilets. In the kitchen you'll find everything, a student's heart could possibly desire: a microwave, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a water heater, a refrigerator, and a toaster.

Die WG liegt in Erlangen Bruck mit einem nur fünfminütigen Fußweg zur S-Bahn Haltestelle. Auch mit dem Fahrrad bist du in gut 15 Minuten sowohl an die TechFak als auch in die Innenstadt geradelt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ALDI, Norma, DM, REWE, Bäcker) sind mit einem kurzen Fußweg erreichbar. Die Regnitz liegt weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett.
Our house is located in Erlangen-Bruck, only a 5-minute walk away from the S-Bahn station. By bike it'll take you 15 minutes to get to the campus of the technical faculty as well as to the city center.
Grocery stores, a bakery, and a drug store just a short walk away.
The Regnitz (a river) is less than 10 minutes from the house.
The neighbours are nice and uncomplicated people.

Unsere WG besteht aus drei (m, m, w) Personen, mit Dir dann vier. Wir selbst sind alle noch vergleichsweise jung mit 20, 20 und 19 Jahren und studieren alle an der FAU (Informatik und Grundschullehramt). Wir kochen gerne zusammen, machen Spieleabende, schauen zusammen Filme oder machen sonstige Unternehmungen. Aber auch der ein oder andere Bar Abend oder eine Feier (in dem besagten Hobbykeller natürlich) gehören zu einem guten Studentenleben dazu. Und wenn jemand mal seine Ruhe haben will oder Zeit zum Lernen braucht ist das natürlich kein Problem. Jeder brauch mal seine Privatsphäre. Wenn Du Interesse hast, melde Dich doch gerne bei uns, um einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen, und uns schon einmal kennen zu lernen.
Our flat share consists out of 3 people (m, m, f). We are quite young (ages 19 to 20) and we are all studying at FAU (computer science and primary school teaching). We like to cook together, watch movies, do game nights and other fun stuff. Going out or partying are a regular part of student life as well.
But if someone wants to have some alone time or wants to study it is obviously not a problem to say so. Everybody needs their privacy sometimes.
