ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer im Zeitraum vom 15.08.2022 - 31.12.2022, weil ich für ein Semester im Ausland studieren werde. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er-WG, sehr hell und geräumig und vollständig möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwenigen Dingen für das tägliche Leben ausgestattet. In der Wohnung sind eine Waschmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Küchengeräte wie Wasserkocher und Smoothie-mixer vorhanden. Außerdem verfügt sie über Wlan (50 Mbits/s), einen kleinen Balkon, sowie einen Wäsche- und Fahrradkeller.
Das zweite Zimmer der WG wird ebenfalls vermietet (siehe weiteres Inserat), allerdings im Zeitraum vom 19.09.2022 17.02.2023 Am liebsten wäre es uns, die gesamte Wohnung zu vermieten. In diesem Fall können wir die genauen Daten für Ein- und Auszug nochmal persönlich besprechen und ggf. anpassen.

I am renting my shared room in the period from 15/08/2022 - 31/12/2022, because I will study abroad for one semester. The room is part of a shared flat for 2 people, very bright and spacious and fully furnished.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary things for daily life. In the apartment there is a washing machine, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen appliances such as kettle and smoothie mixer. It also has wifi (50 Mbits/s), a small balcony, and a laundry and bicycle cellar.
The second room of the WG is also rented (see another advertisement), but in the period from 19.09.2022 17.02.2023 We would prefer to rent the entire apartment. In this case, we can discuss the exact dates for moving in and out again personally and adjust if necessary.
Die Wohnung befinde sich im Norden des Stadtteils Erlangen-Bruck und ist optimal angebunden. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, mit der die Innenstadt und Technische Fakultät innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten erreichbar sind. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle "Paul-Gossen-Straße" ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet schnellen Anschluss nach Nürnberg.
Es gibt etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen sind (z.B. LIDL Aldi, REWE, DM...). Allgemein ist ganz Erlangen mit dem Fahrrad optimal zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Fahrrad, welches benutzt werden darf.

The apartment is located in the north of the district Erlangen-Bruck and is optimally connected. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop, with which the city center and technical faculty can be reached within 10-15 minutes. The S-Bahn stop "Paul-Gossen-Straße" can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and offers a quick connection to Nuremberg.
There are several shopping facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike within 5-10 minutes (e.g. LIDL Aldi, REWE, DM...). In general, the whole of Erlangen is easy to reach by bike. The apartment has a bicycle, which may be used.
Ich und mein Mitbewohner werden die Wohnung beide für ein Auslandsemester verlassen, d.h. ihr werdet evtl. mit einer weiteren Person bzw. alleine in der Wohnung leben. Wenn wir beide Zimmer vergeben haben, stellen wir gerne den Kontakt her, sodass ihr euch im Vorhinein kennenlernen könnt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr ruhig, es gab bisher nie Probleme mit Nachbarn und wir wünschen uns, dass das so bleibt.

Me and my roommate will both leave the apartment for a semester abroad, which means that you will possibly live with another person or alone in the apartment. When we have assigned both rooms, we will gladly make contact so that you can get to know each other in advance. The whole house is very quiet, there have never been any problems with neighbors and we would like it to stay that way.
Die Wohnung ist während der letzten Jahre unser zuhause geworden und uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Wir wünschen uns daher eine Person, die die Wohnung gut behandelt und sorgsam mit unseren Sachen umgeht. Wenn ihr trotzdem eigene Sachen mitbringen wollt, können wir das im Vorhinein gerne besprechen.
