Hallo, da mein Mitbewohner zum 31.07. auszieht such ich eine(n) Neue(n).
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, Edeka ist 150m ueber die Strasse, Aldi 2min mit Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Zum Bubenreuther Bahnhof kann man auch mit Gepaeck hinlaufen (5min mit schwerem Koffer;o)
Nach Erlangen Innenstadt kommt man mit dem Fahhrad in 15min(ein kleiner berg ist alledings drin), am Waldkrankenhaus ist man in knapp 10min.
Es faehrt auch ein Bus, Haltestelle ist fast vorm Haus.
Sportmaessig hat man die Fraenkische direkt vor der Haustuer, man muss also nicht erst durch die ganze Stadt laufen/radeln.
Ich selber bin ein ziemlich ruhiger Typ, Medizinstudent im 7. Semester und geh gern schwimmen, laufen, rennrad- und mtbfahren.
Update: Einzug waer jetzt auch schon ab 01.07 moeglich, wenn gewuenscht.
