I am leaving Erlangen for 3 months for an internship so I am looking for someone to take over my room from mid-March to mid-June (exact date flexible, until July also possible). Perfect for students who are new to Erlangen - you can stay at my place in the mean time and look for your dream place later after you know the town better!
You will be taking over my room and half of the office, around 25m2 in total:
My bedroom/sitting room is equipped with a big television and a gigantic L-shape leather sofa, which is very very rare for a WG room. Of course there is also a 140cm-wide bed and furniture for your fashion collection.
I share another room with my roommate as our office. There you will find a 120x60cm white desk, an office chair and place for your books.
There is a toilet with bathtub and a kitchen. Everything is fully equipped so you just need to bring your luggage. I will vacant my room as much as possible so you won't see my personal belongings as in the pictures.
The apartment is located in Buckenhof. With the bike it is only 15 minutes to the train station, 15 minutes to TechFak and 10 minutes to PhilFak.
There is also a bus station 7-minute walk away.
There is a few supermarkets and shops nearby, including a gigantic Kaufland, DM, Aldi and Sparkasse.
Living with you will be my roommate from Ukraine. She is also a student. She is very friendly and speaks German (perfectly), English, Ukrainian and Russian. She will be happy to help you orientate in Erlangen.
It is important that we maintain a reasonable degree of cleanliness. So there will be a 'putzplan'.
If you are interested in the apartment, please write me an email introducing yourself. We can arrange viewing on weekdays at night and weekend. If you are currently not in Erlangen, Skype would also be an option.
