The 14sqm room is almost fully furnished and has a very nice illumination due to a big window that brings sunshine into the room. As I am leaving the room I could sell a pack of a bed table, a big wardrobe and a drying rag for 100eu to make the room fully furnished.
The WG is located in the quiet Büchenbach (Erlangen), ideal for Siemens, Adidas or Puma employees (15 min bike, 5 min car) and also for Erlangen students (10 min bus, 15 min bike). There is a very good transport connection with Erlangen city and the house is near some groceries like Edeka (5 min walking), Lidl (7 min walking) and some good restaurants (fast food, gourmet..)
The house has 3 floors, each of them being a WG flat. The room offered is situated in the ground floor where there is a kitchen and two bathrooms shared by 6 people. In total, 9 people live in the house at the moment (5M 4W)in a very nice atmosphere.
