Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist 12,6 m² groß. Das Holzbett ist 140x200 cm groß. Es steht ein Schreibtisch, eine kleine Komode, Kleiderschrank und ein TV im Zimmer. Zudem gibt es einen Deckenventilator.
Das Fenster im Zimmer ist zu Nordseite ausgerichtet und hat ein Außenrollo.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Rauchmelder.
Das Bad (WC+Dusche) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und wird quasi nur von dir benutzt (außer es kommen Gäste, das ist aber eher selten).
The room is located in the attic, is 12.6 m². The floor is made of cork. The wooden bed with mattress is 140x200 cm. There is a desk, a small chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a mirror and a TV in the room. There is also a ceiling fan.
The window in the room is aligned to the north side and has an exterior blind.
The room has a smoke detector.
The bathroom (toilet + shower) is located on the ground floor and is almost only used by you (unless there are guests, but this is rather rare).
In unmittelbarer Entfernung (3 min.) liegt ein Einkaufszentrum mit Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, zwei Bäcker, Metzger, Getränkemarkt, Pizzaria, Post, Zahnarzt und eine Apotheke.
Zudem liegt die Bushaltestelle (Zambellistraße) nur 4 Minuten entfernt. Von da fahren 3 Linien in die Stadt (287, 286 u. 293 (zum Audimax)) und die Linie 280 direkt zu Techfak mit einer ca. 24 minütigen Fahrt.
Am Wochenende fährt ein Nightliner stündlich ab 1 Uhr bis 4 Uhr von der Stadt zurück.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man die gleiche Zeit zur Stadt und/oder zur Universität.
Addidas/Puma/Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Doppelhaus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet und in der Umgebung laden Weiher und ein Wald zum Fahrradfahren oder Joggen ein.
Parkmöglichkeiten für ein Auto sind direkt in der Spielstraße verfügbar.
Addidas / Puma / Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach can be reached by bike in 20 minutes, by bus it takes about 45 minutes.
In the immediate distance (3min.) is a shopping center with Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, two bakers, butchers, beverage market, pizzeria, post office, dentist and a pharmacy.

Im Haus lebst du in einer Familie mit meiner Mutter (Altenpflegerin) und meinem Bruder. Ich selber werde nicht da sein, da ich ein Master im Ausland mache (ich organisiere nur die Vermietung).
Wir suchen jemanden für eine Langzeit oder auch Kurzzeitmiete von mehreren Monaten, es ist also ideal als Zwischenlösung, wenn du dir vor Ort eine Wohnung suchen willst, was dann meist leichter ist.

In the house you live in a family with my mother (nurse for old people) and my brother. I will not be there by myself, as I am doing a master abroad (I only organize the rental).
