Hallo zukünftige*r Mitbewohner*in
In unserer 15er-WG im wunderschönen Erika-Beyer-Haus ist vom 15.08.2023 bis 31.07.2024 mein tolles Zimmer zur Untermiete frei, weil ich für ein Jahr zu meiner Familie ins Ausland ziehe.
Das Zimmer liegt im 1. Obergeschoss, ist ~10qm groß wirkt aber dank des Hochbetts etwas größer ^^.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schmink-/Kosmetiktisch, Rollcontainer, Kommode, ein Buch/Cd Regal, Nachttisch und eben das Hochbett (ca. 140cmx200). Das Hochbett würde ich auf jeden Fall stehen lassen wollen. Beim rest kann man drüber reden ^^. Falls du Möbel mitbringen magst, die aber nicht mehr ins Zimmer passen, gibt es immer noch den geräumigen Dachboden, auf dem man paar Sachen abstellen kann.
In unserem großen und lebendigen Haus findet sich sonst alles was man im Studierendenleben so braucht: Kühlschränke, Waschmaschinen, Wäschetrockner, Küchenutensilien in allen Farben und Formen, einen Grill, eine kleine Werkstatt, einen Dachboden, den wir für Workouts nutzen...
Unser Haus besteht aus drei Stockwerken, in denen je fünf Leute wohnen und sich zu fünft jeweils ein renoviertes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates Klo teilen. Für Genießer*innen gibt es eine Badewanne im Keller ;) Auf jedem Stockwerk ist außerdem eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche zum Kaffee/Tee kochen mit Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon. Das Haus besteht also aus mehreren Stockwerken, ist aber faktisch eine WG. Es ist auch immer gerne gesehen, auf anderen Stockwerken abzuhängen :)
Im untersten Stock befindet sich unsere große Gemeinschaftsküche, der Wäschekeller und unser Vorratsraum.
Wir verbringen viel Zeit zusammen auf unserer großen sonnigen Terrasse, in der Küche, veranstalten Koch- oder Grillende, Parties oder Lagerfeuer.
Wer neu in Erlangen ist, findet hier schnell Anschluss, wer schon länger in Erlangen ist, sicher viele neue Freundinnen und Freunde.
Das ist die Gelegenheit für Dich eine tolle Zeit in einem bunten und weltoffenen Haus in Erlangen zu verbringen! :)

Hello future roommates,
From 15.08.2023 to 31.07.2023 my room is available for sublease in our shared flat for 15 people in the beautiful Erika-Beyer-Haus, because I am moving to my family abroad for a year.
The room is located on the 1st floor, is ~10sqm in size but looks a little bigger thanks to the loft bed ^^.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, make-up/cosmetic table, roll container, drawer, a book/Cd shelf, bedside table and ofc the loft bed (about 140cmx200). I definitely want to leave the loft bed standing. We can talk about the other stuff ^^. If you want to bring your own furniture with you, but it doesn't fit in the room anymore, there is still the spacious attic where you can put some things.
In our large and lively house, you will find everything else you need in student life: refrigerators, washing machines, tumble dryers, kitchen utensils in all colors and shapes, a barbecue, a small workshop, an attic, which we use for workouts...
Our house consists of three floors, where five people each live and five of them share a renovated bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. For connoisseurs there is a bathtub in the basement ;) On each floor there is also a small shared kitchen for making coffee /tea with access to a small balcony. The house consists of several floors, but is in fact a shared flat. It is also always welcome to hang out on other floors ^^
On the lowest floor there is our large communal kitchen, the laundry room and our pantry.
We spend a lot of time together on our large sunny terrace, in the kitchen, organize cooking or barbecue ends, parties or bonfires.
If you are new to Erlangen, you will quickly find a connection here, if you have been in Erlangen for a long time, there are sure to be many new friends.
This is the opportunity for you to spend a great time in a colorful and cosmopolitan house in Erlangen! ^^
Das Haus liegt im schönen Norden von Erlangen, direkt neben dem Bergkirchweih-Gelände im Grünen. Für alle Sportlichen und Naturliebhaber: Der Wald ist nur 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt und bietet genügend Möglichkeiten sich in der Natur zu bewegen. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Bus erreicht man den (Bus-) Bahnhof Erlangen auf jeden Fall innerhalb 10 min , zu Fuß braucht man gute 20 min. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 min in der Stadt und in max. 20 min an der Techfak ist. Das Audimax ist in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Es steht auch ein WG-Fahrrad zur Verfügung! :)

The house is located in the beautiful north of Erlangen, right next to the Bergkirchweih grounds in a green area. For all sports and nature lovers: The forest is only 3 minutes away from the house and offers plenty of opportunities to exercise in nature. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house. By bus you can reach the bus/ train main station Erlangen in any case within 10 min, on foot you need a good 20 min. You can reach the city by bike in 5-10 minutes and the Techfak in max. 20 minutes. The Audimax is a 10-minute walk away. There is also a shared bicycle available! :)
Trotz der großen Anzahl an Mitbewohner*innen, sind wir weder eine Burschenschaft (und distanzieren uns von diesem Konzept) noch eine Zweck-WG. Wir sind international, bunt gemischt, unterschiedlicher Studienrichtungen, unterschiedlicher Herkünfte und Geschmäcker. Daher ist Toleranz und Aufgeschlossenheit bei uns selbstverständlich. Wir lieben es gemeinsam zu Kochen, Spiele zu spielen, Filme zu gucken, Sport zu machen oder einfach zusammen ein, zwei oder auch mal drölf Bierchen zu trinken. Es findet sich immer jemand mit dem man etwas machen kann. Trotzdem findet man auch immer die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen.
Ob du erst gerade nach Erlangen ziehst oder sonst wie eine Unterkunft brauchst, bei uns findet man schnell Anschluss. Bei Interesse melde dich einfach gerne bei mir per WG-gesucht. Erzähl ein bisschen von dir! Was machst du so? Was magst du? Warum findest du unsere WG interessant? ;)

Despite the large number of flatmates, we are neither a fraternity (and distance ourselves from this concept) nor a purpose-built flat-share. We are international, colourfully mixed, with different fields of study, different origins and tastes. Therefore, tolerance and open-mindedness are a matter of course for us. We love cooking together, playing games, watching films, doing sports or simply drinking one, two or sometimes twelve beers together. You can always find someone to do something with. Nevertheless, you can always find the opportunity to withdraw.
