In Bubenreuth / katholi. Kirche ist ab 01 .11.2017 ein
ruhiges schönes Zimmer in angenehmmer und gepflegter 2 er WG zu vermieten.
Zimmer 20 m2 gross aber mit starker Dachschräge!!
Je nach Wunsch, Teilmöbiliert.
250.- Miete inkl. Nk und DSL. 500.- Caution.
Das helle Zimmer; ein Dachobergeschoss ('Neubau') ist ca. 6 m lang und mit Wunder schönen Ausblick auf Wald und Wiese, hat
aber relative kleine Dachfenster.
Problem: Das kleine Durchgangs(!!!!!!) Zimmer (Küche) wird von mir (m) bewohnt.!!!
Da ich aber sehr viel ausser Haus bin und ich bin Wochenendheimfahrer - hat sich das auf unsere ja doch sehr kleine 2 WG - sich sehr gut bewährt:) ! (Der Erfahrung nach ist die 2 er WG auch für eine mögliche Mitbewohnerin geeignet).
Ich selbst stehe mittem in Berufsleben (Pädagogik).
Ich wünsche uns allen ein friedliches miteinander Wohnen, Axel S..

Verkehrsanbindung: S - Bahn 1 Station vom Erlangen HBf. und 15 min Fussweg.
Tagsüber gibt es mindestens stündlich den Stadt-Bus.
